Last Wednesday was an incredible Health & Safety Day for Farmington Washington County Teen Leadership members as they visited WRMC Senior Center for a hands-on learning experience!

They also had an energizing session with Master Randy’s Self Defense, learning practical ways to stay safe and confident. #ESED
