Basketball Season Pass Information

As we have said all along, this year is going to look different due to COVID19. Because of an Executive Order by our Governor to follow Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) guidelines, we have to do our ticketing and admission requirements differently to comply.

ADH guidelines will limit our capacity in all of our basketball facilities. We are scheduled to play most of our home competitions in the Arena, with some 7th, 8th, and 9th grade to be played in Massey Gymnasium which is located at Farmington Junior High School. As of right now we have 40 scheduled dates of competition in the Arena grades 7-12, and 10 dates at Massey. It is important to know that games can be moved, cancelled, or rescheduled sometime in minutes prior to the actual start time, due to COVID-19 safety issues. It is also important to know that our capacity at Massey is exponentially more limited than that of the Arena.

We will not allow students 9th Grade and below entry into games without being accompanied by an adult. Drop-offs are not allowed unless the student is participating in the game that night. We will also ask for games in Massey, that you exit the venue immediately following your child’s contest to allow room for people coming in to watch the following game.

Basketball Season Pass: $125.00 per adult and $50.00 per student grades K-12

GUARANTEES entry into every 7th, 8th, 9th, JV, or Varsity basketball HOME event. You will not have to come early to guarantee a spot in the Arena or Massey. You will be pre-counted as present at every home game for capacity purposes.
Passes will be distributed either at the time of purchase or at the ticket table during the first few games of the season.
Passes will be sold Tuesday Nov 10th from 8:00AM-9:30AM and also during Tip-Off on Nov 14th in the main entry to the Arena. After tip-off, you can purchase passes by appointment by calling (479)266-1806.

Disclaimers:

If the ADH or AAA makes a ruling that no fans are allowed in, we have to follow that policy with NO REFUNDS.
If the season is halted for any reason, we will not be able to give refunds of any kind.
We are planning on our cheer squads attending most home events. As of right now AAA and ADH are allowing them. But if this practice has to be discontinued for any reason we will not be able to give refunds.
There will be limits on how many players can dress out on a given night pending on the venue.
AAA and Lifetime Passes will be accepted assuming that there is room in the venue.
