Both varsity basketball teams recently completed historic seasons with multiple team and individual honors.

The Sr. Girls, coached by Brad Johnson, Denver Holt, and Jessica McCoullough, finished with a program record tying 34 wins with only 2 losses. Their only losses were in the state championship game vs Nashville and in a non-conference game to Winnsboro, TX. There team accomplishments included AAAA State Runner-Up, AAAA North Regional Champs, 1-AAAA District Tournament Champs, 1-AAAA West Conference Champs, Hot Springs Tournament Champs, Joplin Tournament Champs, and Mountain Home Tournament Champs. 

FHS junior Jenna Lawrence and senior Carson Dillard were both named All-Conference, All-State, and All-State Tournament.  Sophmore Reese Shirey, along with seniors Morgan Brye and Megan Hernandez were also named All-Conference. 

The Sr. Boys, coached by Johnny Taylor and Will Worthy, finished with a program record 31 wins with only two losses. There only losses were to 6A Siloam Springs on the road and eventual state runner-up, Blytheville in the state quarter finals. There team accomplishments included AAAA North Regional Champs, 1-AAAA District Tournament Champs, 1-AAAA West Conference Champs, and Mountain Home Tournament Champs. 

FHS sophomore Layne Taylor was selected All-State and All-Conference. Senior Nathan Monroe was named All-State Tournament, All-State Honorable Mention, and All-Conference. Senior Mateo Carbonel was named All-State Honorable Mention and All-Conference. Senior Logan Burch and junior Caleb Blakely were both named All-Conference. 

With a combined record of 65-4, the teams combined set school records for most wins and fewest losses in a season.
