Today is National Teach Children to Save Day. And what better way to honor it than highlight our Personal Finance class taught by Mrs. Scates, which goes above and beyond the financial literacy graduation requirement from the state. Alexandra Partain (11) has used the knowledge she gained in this class especially well. She saved up to cover a third of the cost of her 2008 Ford Ranger she got this year.
