Farmington School District will be hosting a Flu Clinic on Thursday, October 3rd. This clinic is an opportunity for your child to receive a flu vaccination conveniently during the school day. It is an optional opportunity, not a requirement. Return the immunization consent form to your child's school nurse by September 30th.
