Even though Administrative Assistants Day was on Wednesday, we are taking the whole week to highlight the wonderful ladies in our building that keep everything running smoothly. Brooklyn Hunter started in October of 2020 in our Counseling Center. She said the thing she loves most about her job is "getting to watch and hear about students' success goals during high school and what they plan on doing after graduation." Thank you for all you do for FHS Ms. Hunter! #cardtudentsareworthit #administrativeprofessionalsday

Even on digital days, Mrs. Clark’s AP math classes take the opportunity to show up for an AP mock exam! AP testing will begin the first week in May, and our teachers and students are working hard to prepare. #cardstudentsareworthit #advancedplacement

Even though Administrative Professionals Day was Wednesday, we are taking the whole week to highlight the wonderful ladies in our building that keep everything running smoothly. Mrs. Holloway has worked for FSD since 2015 but moved into her current position in the Athletic Department in 2019. "I enjoy working with the coaches and watching our department continue to grow as we add different sports and new facilities. I love seeing all of the sporting events come together. There are so many details that go into each home game that people don't realize. Seeing them fall into place is a pretty amazing feeling," Holloway said. #cardstudentsareworthit #administrativeprofessionalsday

Don't forget...Tomorrow, April 23rd will be a virtual learning day! All instruction will be online and in-person classes will be closed. If you need assistance tomorrow with anything please call your building front office or contact your teacher via email. #Cardstudentsareworthit

Today is National Teach Children to Save Day. And what better way to honor it than highlight our Personal Finance class taught by Mrs. Scates, which goes above and beyond the financial literacy graduation requirement from the state. Alexandra Partain (11) has used the knowledge she gained in this class especially well. She saved up to cover a third of the cost of her 2008 Ford Ranger she got this year. "It's blue, and I love it," Partain said. #cardstudentsareworthit #teachchildrentosave
