In PLTW this week FMS students are working on chain reactions. As students weave the popsicle sticks together, they gradually build potential energy in the popsicle sticks. When students let go, all of the potential energy is quickly converted down the line in a chain reaction of kinetic energy.

Fry/McClure 6th grade science classes delve into Crime Scene Investigation, this week. We took turns being eye witnesses and sketch artists! Then, partnered up to try and solve a case! Students loved sharing their theories based on given evidence.

ATTENTION FMS Rising 7th Grade Students who signed up for Band!!
Information will be going out today to current 6th grade students signed up for beginning band next year. There will be an instrument rental meeting held in the FMS Cafeteria from 4-6pm on Wednesday, May 24th. Parents can drop in during that time. Representatives from Saied Music will be here to meet with parents and students about purchasing and renting instruments.
