Pairs of students had to create a prototype of a toy using legos, determine the cost of goods sold and profit as well as pitch the new toy to the class. WCTL class 8 finished up the year with their leadership class. They traveled to Little Rock and explored the job opportunities that the FBI has to offer; held $400,000, stood on the floor of the House of Representatives and the Arkansas Supreme Court at the Capitol; and lastly they took the somber walk of the Little Rock Nine hearing the troubling facts surrounding those challenging times

The Farmington School District is saddened to learn of the passing of a member of our student body and two local parents that were involved in a multiple-car accident this morning.
