Williams EAST students made and presented "Hero Magnets" to local Firefighters, Police Officers, and Nurses. Using Adobe Express for their designs, students aimed to bring these heroes a daily reminder of appreciation every time they see these magnets on their work lockers. Congratulations to FHS senior Gabe Burfitt on being named the Military Kid of the Month by the Arkansas Council for Military Children. Gabe is a member of the National Honor Society and has been awarded a scholarship to play football at Lyon College.
