6th grade has been learning the basics of playing the ukulele in music class. One of the first things to know is how to tune the ukuleles. Students have been learning how to make proper adjustments to the instrument so that it may sound its best! #ESED

Farmington Families- In support of our Cardinal football team’s participation in the 5A State Football Finals in Little Rock on Friday, December 6th, we will be releasing school early that day at 1:30 PM. This early release will allow both staff and students the necessary time to travel safely to the event. Both after-school programs will be available at 1:30 PM for students already enrolled in them. We encourage our community to support the team and join us in celebrating their outstanding achievement this season. The Farmington Unified Bowling team traveled to Little Rock yesterday to compete in their first Unified Champions School State Bowling Competition! They had five teams competing in three divisions, with two teams receiving Silver medals,two teams receiving bronze medals, and one team placing 4th. Way to go, Cards! #ESED

State Finals Parking/Ticketing/Admittance Information- The ticket link is https://gofan.co/event/2364289?schoolId=AR16989. AAA passes only are accepted with proper identification. PARKING IS $5 and is on the east side of the stadium in lot #5. To access that, you should take Zoo Drive, then Monroe St to lot #5. We are the visiting team, so please use gate #7 to enter. The game's actual start time is 6:40 PM. We hope to see everyone there! #CardinalNation



Farmington Community- Due to cold temperatures tonight, we are moving the pep rally to our indoor facility, right next to Cardinal Stadium. Park on the southwest side of the high school / indoor. You are welcome to bring lawn chairs but most will stand! Come celebrate with us!

Yesterday, FJHS 8th graders visited Kindergarten students at Williams and Folsom Elementary. They enjoyed hot chocolate, read books together, and spent time on the playground. It was a great experience for everyone! #ESED
